+ How does your pricing compare to the competition?

We want to make it easy for you to say YES. Our pricing is based on projects and organizations, and always includes unlimited users. This lets you realize the benefits of better teamwork in the shortest time possible.

+ Do I need to install software?

No. If you have a web browser and an internet connection, you can login and work with your projects.

+ What happens if I cancel my subscription?

We hate to see you go, but understand things change. We can package your data and send you a link to securely download your information.

+ Can I update my information in the system?

Yes. You'll have a full range of options to load, manage, and edit the data and documents in your project.


Security

+ Can other users see my project data or information?

No. You control which users have access to your projects — and the type of access they receive. Only the users you designate can access your projects, or even know that those projects exist.

+ How is my data protected?

Your data is stored in encrypted form and is always transmitted to you securely through a 256-bit SSL connection. GeoLens Staff may only access your project data with your permission, as needed to provide support or setup services.

+ How do you host my data?

All GeoLens systems are run using Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard best-practices and ensure that all systems are monitored and updated regularly to protect against unauthorized access.


Billing and Invoicing

+ Payment Options

Typically, GeoLens sends monthly invoices to clients for Net30 payment. We work with many clients to provide discounts for quarterly and annual subscription payments.

+ How do I cancel my service?

Reach out to our Support Team to let us know you'd like to cancel and we'll begin the process of bundling your spatial data, files, and other documents for you to securely download.

+ How much do you charge for storage?

Our stanard product service includes 100GB of data storage, which is sufficient for most clients. If your organization requires more storage, we can increase your allotment at a rate of $10/month for each 50GB of extra storage required.
