GeoLens was founded in 2012 after starting within a leading land planning and landscape architecture firm headquartered in Denver, CO. With the goal of building better communities, we set out to provide a new way for the ecosystem surrounding real estate site development to leverage technology for a big picture view of the development process, as well as long term operations and management. We continue to focus today on providing tools for the site development and management ecosystems to promote sustainable communities.

GeoLens is focused on building better communities in more sense than one. We believe that this focus begins at home, and are committed to building an open, collaborative culture from the inside out. We want team members that bring this same passion to the workplace. GeoLens believes in an open meritocracy where all member of our internal community bring their thoughts, ideas, and passions to help us move the company forward together. Everyone at GeoLens is encouraged to work towards developing a mastery in the areas that they have the strongest interest in. We also believe in balancing autonomy and accountability by providing everyone with freedom and flexibility in how they get their work done while holding each other accountable to meet our commitments to each other and to our clients.
